Us delivering you your new OLPRO product is part of the serive we offer. Within that UK not only is that service free but is also comes with many features if the product you've ordered is despatched with Parcel Force, which includes all tents and camper van awnings.
We want to make buying from OLPRO as easy as possible and so we have partnered with Parcel Force for delivery of most of our parcels. Anything not sent with Parcel Force is sent Royal Mail and the following features do not apply.
If you're parcel is sent with Parcel Force you will be notified and sent a tracking number but now we're offering an even better service with Parcel Force.
And remember if you want next working day delivery - it's a flat £3 charge on whatever you order for delivery in the UK. Just select the option at check out.
We’ve enhanced our services to include a one hour start of day text message, delay notifications, My Parcel Live and our brand new app.
Start of the Day Message
We’ve now enhanced our start of day text to include a one-hour delivery window and the name of the driver who’s delivering the parcel.
You will automatically receive a start of day text which will include a one-hour delivery window and driver’s name.
We will also send an updated one-hour delivery window text when the driver is en route.
Proactive Delay Notifications
Sometimes, the world can conspire against us. And no matter how hard we try, traffic, adverse weather, a breakdown or unforeseen circumstances can stop us from delivering your package.
So, if in the unlikely event that this happens, we will update you.
My Parcel Live
As soon as your parcel is out for delivery, My Parcel Live will show where our driver is en route and you can see their parcel on its journey.
Viewed on the Parcel Force app or on their website, it displays the estimated one-hour delivery window, your driver’s name and a map showing their proximity to the address. So you can track your parcel’s
My Parcelforce App
You can download the Parcelforce app from Apple and Android stores and use My Parcel Live.
Additionally, by providing your email address and mobile number, you can specify their delivery preferences, in the event that you are not at home.
These include; a specified neighbour within the same postcode, a specified Post Office or a Safe Place of their choosing.
