OLPRO Lifetime Warranty
For canvas products * purchased in 2024 and onwards, we offer a lifetime warranty.
Please note that the lifetime warranty is only valid if you have either purchased directly from OLPRO or if the product was purchased from a retailer where you have completed your online warranty form within 30 days from the date of purchase. This is why we provide a product warranty for canvas products, (including footprint groundsheets and carpets) reasonable lifetime, at no additional cost. All other OLPRO products are covered by our 365-day warranty.
We at OLPRO will therefore guarantee to undertake a review of all product returns and assess them individually based on their usage. If we find a genuine manufacturer fault or defect in your item that should not be there, based on normal use, then we will repair or replace it for free. Each case will be reviewed on an individual basis.
The Product Lifetime Warranty does not apply for any specific period, as each of our products has different expected lifetimes. Other factors are also taken into consideration. We have produced a general guidance table explaining expected product lifetimes. Which can be seen here.
Please note that the general guidance table is for guidance and information purposes only, as we will assess each item and the applicability of the Products Lifetime Warranty based on several factors.

If you need to claim within the first 30 days of purchase, the product will be replaced with a new model, and after the initial 30 days, the product will be repaired. If we cannot repair it, then the item will be replaced. If a claim is also made in the first 30 days, we will cover all transport and delivery costs.you are responsible for getting the product back to us and back to you again. After the initial 30 days, liability for any costs incurred for transport/delivery becomes the customer's responsibility.
The Lifetime Warranty does not affect your statutory rights. It is an additional benefit provided by OLPRO.
OLPRO Lifetime Warranty is only applicable to Brand-New items purchased directly from OLPRO or a recommended retailer, it is not transferrable if you have purchased it second-hand.
*Canvas products are OLPRO tents, awnings (both campervan and caravan) tent extensions, awning extensions, shades, and canopies.
